Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) is located in Batac, Ilocos Norte, approximately 472 km north of Manila. It can be reached via bus or plane. Public utility buses that pass by MMSU have terminals in Cubao, Quezon City and Sampaloc, Manila. You may take Maria de Leon, Fariñas, Florida, RCJ, Partas and Auto Bus. The buses have ordinary, first class air conditioned, up to cozy deluxe & super deluxe types. The fare ranges from PhP 550.00 – PhP 800.00. However, these prices may change from time-to-time without prior notice; so please check updated fares from the buslines themselves; you can see their numbers in the linked website. The participants must disembark at gate 3 of MMSU along the Highway adjacent to the DZRL radio station. The University Training Center (convention venue and accommodation) is just adjacent to the gate.
